About Me

NASA Langley Full-Scale Wind Tunnel
Me standing behind one of two giant turbines in the NASA Langley Full-Scale (30×60) Wind Tunnel where I used to work.

I am a engineer, perpetual tinker, and extreme DIY’er who is passionate about all things technical.  I pride myself in solving complex technical problems with elegant and unique solutions.  You will find me in my spare time tearing something apart to make it better or rebuilding something that needs fixing.

I have a degree in electrical computer engineering with past experience working in the field of electrical hardware design as a board designer for industrial controls.  I have broad technical knowledge in circuit design, controls engineering, industrial controls, automotive systems, HVAC, lighting technologies, and building science to name a few.

I am currently a project manager for a company that designs, assist in designing, and supplies equipment to aviation fuel facilities.  On the side I do some building science consulting for individuals with extreme chemical sensitivities.

I created this website to list a few projects I have done over the years and posted the information here to help others.
